Psalm 93

In this psalm, the psalmist reminds us of the strength of the Lord. Here’s the psalm in its entirety: “The Lord is king! He is robed in majesty. Indeed, the Lord is robed in majesty and armed with strength. The world is firmly established; it cannot be shaken.

Your throne, O Lord, has been established from time immemorial. You yourself are from the everlasting past. The mighty oceans have roared, O Lord. The mighty oceans roar like thunder; the mighty oceans roar as they pound the shore. But mightier than the violent raging of the seas, mightier than the breakers on the shore – the Lord above is mightier than these! (Wow! If the Lord is mightier than all of the oceans...How mighty will He be for us? "If God is for us, who can ever be against us? (Romans 8:31)) Your royal decrees cannot be changed. The nature of your reign, O Lord, is holiness forever. (Psalm 93)

Lord, thank you for your Word today! Thank you for reminding us of who you are and the strength you possess. Thank you for reminding us that there is nothing in this world greater and mightier than you. Lord, you are king! Whatever we are going through, we can trust in you. We love you!

May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace.” (Numbers 6:24-26)

….AND MAY WE ALL PRACTICE THIS WITH ONE ANOTHER.
