Proverbs 16

In this chapter, Solomon drops some character building bombs! Here’s one of them: “It is better to be patient than powerful; it is better to have self-control than to conquer a city.” (Verse 32). Also, anyone who knows me, knows I often say…”God willing”. Here is a verse that supports God is in control: “We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps.” (Verse 9)

Read the rest of Proverbs 16 for yourself, and allow this chapter to minister to your character.

Lord, thank you for our Word today! Thank you for continuing to invest in us. Help us embrace your wisdom that it may grow our character and foster within us a godly spirit. Lord, we love you!

May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace.” (Numbers 6:24-26)

….AND MAY WE ALL PRACTICE THIS WITH ONE ANOTHER.
