This chapter recounts the events of 2 Samuel 8, verses 1 through 18. The recurring theme in the retelling of David’s military victories is that David was victorious wherever he went. There are some additions and deletions to some of the details between the two chapters, so as usual, read it for yourself, see how it aligns with our lesson in 2 Samuel, draw some conclusions, make some connections, and strive to deepen your knowledge.
